Swirling Petal

Throw a Huuma Shuriken at a target and inflict damage on and around the target.
This skill increases ATK, depending on your Base Level, [Throw Huuma Shuriken] level, and STR.

Stat	Purpose & Explanation
STR (120)	The primary source of your physical attack power. Increases the base damage of Swirling Petal Prioritize STR for high burst output.
AGI (90 → 100)	Boosts attack speed (ASPD) and dodge rate. 193 ASPD is essential for fast animation and evasion.
VIT (90 → all remaining stat points)	Enhances HP and resistance to status effects and physical damage. Useful for PvP, boss fights, and general survivability.
DEX (120)	Improves accuracy and slightly increases damage consistency. Helps ensure Swirling Petal and otherskills don’t miss, especially against high-flee targets.
LUK (1 → some stat points)	Increases a bit of damage, hit and perfect dodge. But not really needed.
INT (1)	Optional but useful for boosting SP pool and regeneration. Can be invested lightly if you rely on skills frequently or have low SP recovery.

Equipment and Cards

Swirling Petal damage scales primarily with Physical Attack, Ranged Physical Damage, flat ATK bonuses, and Attack Percentage increases. However, the most crucial factor for maximizing this build’s potential is Cooldown Reduction and Maximum Attack Speed (193). By minimizing the skill’s cooldown, you can spam Swirling Petal more frequently, high attack speed equals to faster character skill animation, significantly boosting your overall damage output and combat efficiency.

Cooldown reduction is only provided by these 3 equipment:

Imperial Ear Wing	Provides huge ATK boost, Perfect Hit, Immunity to Blind and Silence and small reduction to After Cast Delay. Needs 120 Agi to take advantage of the additional ATK, attack speed and perfect hit.
Crow Tengu Mask	Works Best with Combo Item Tengu Scroll. Increases Attack.
Imperial Feather	Works best with Royal Guard Necklace. Increases Attack Speed.

Consecrate Fides Aureola	Physical and magical damage to all size enemies +15%.
Royal Guard Necklace	Increases Attack Speed and Attack. Immunity to Blind and Silence. But needs high stat points for Agi to take advantage of its effect.
Flutter Butterfly	Increases Attack Speed and Ranged Damage. Consider if you lack Attack Speed.
Tengu Scroll	Increases Attack and HP Sustain.
Young Leaf of World Tree(Agi)	Increases Attack and Attack Speed.

Rasen Fuma's Orb [1]	Best and must have accessory with the right skill build to take advantage of the effects. Increase in STR, AGI and VIT, increase damage per 4 base level, cooldown -0.1 second, HP and SP leech, reduce variable casting time, etc. You can equip 2 of this gear at the same time with no penalties.
Temporal Ring [1]	Increases Attack, HP and SP. Equip with Bear's Power, enchanted in Modified (AGI, Dex, STR) Boots for a huge boost in STR and HP.
Fenrir Chain [1]	Best paired with: +12 Vanargandr Helm [1]. Provides a great amount of armor penetration, aspd, ACD reduction, damage against all class enemies.
Fallen Seraphim Ring [1]	Increase in Attack, melee and ranged physical, some defense monster pierce and some Attack Speed.
